Over the years, she has helped many teens over come anxiety, depression, and understanding feelings vs. facts. Julie has a wide range of skills that help her with everyday life and she is ready to share it all! From breathing squares to coping mechanisms, she is your person.
  • Beth Hillman – Beth is a mother of five boys. Her personal experience as a parent to a wilderness teen, combined with her exuberance for self-discovery and her passion for helping others, creates a rare combination of empathy and expertise. She became a double-certified Life Coach, a facilitator for Arbinger’s Living With an Outward Mindset seminar, and threw herself into parent coaching. Beth has also worked as a Family Program Director, Parent Seminar Teacher at a wilderness therapy program, Parent Transition Coach, and Parent Program Curriculum Developer. With her natural authenticity and fun-loving demeanor, she connects easily with people. Beth is a dynamic and captivating public speaker. She has presented at national and local conferences on parenting struggling teens and influencing change within ourselves and others.
  • Tim Cregor – Tim is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. Right now he maintains a private practice in Orem, UT. He is the founder and owner of inLIVING and thrilled to work with people one-on-one, in relationships, and in large or small groups. His goal is to bring healing rather than therapy to the world, true and lasting change rather than temporary pleasure in our services, and skills of long term awareness rather than the excitement of short term insights while in session. Tim really wants teens to discover and enjoy a life of greater happiness, peace, and rest.

Each speaker takes 45 minutes to open your mind to the world of mental health with an engaging and fun discussion.
