I’m a Certified Life Coach, stroke victim, concussion survivor, & mother of 5.
If I hadn’t done it myself, I probably wouldn’t believe it was possible.
My purpose is to help others recover from traumatic brain injuries. I feel that the reason I’ve been able to overcome my own TBI is so that I can help others. I’m honored and humbled to help people find a fully functioning life.

The story of your brain injury is probably very painful— I know mine was. But what causes us the most pain is not the actual facts of what happened, but what we make our past mean about ourselves. These painful thoughts create unwanted feelings that lead to an afflicted life. The principles that I have found through life coaching have helped me and my clients completely change the story of our past. We can find evidence that our injuries have actually helped make life better! You have the power to decide what you want your brain injury to mean about you. Life is very different after a brain injury. Many of us experience depression, anxiety, and frustration with our bodies among many other unwanted conditions. We tend to spend most of our time thinking about our despair. What we can learn is that it is optional to spend time in that place. Through the principles I teach, I can help you find joy and peace in the present and let go of the pain. I’ll teach you how to stop reflecting on life previous to your injury and enjoy the life you are presently living. As I did, You can learn to love and accept the new you— and even begin to believe that your life is truly better than ever before.
